The interaction with Sam for all the services required was excellant.I asked so many questions and was given very good advice,all the problems where sorted out quickly.I felt very comfortable with the staff,and would recommend 3 for all services related to phone/internet

Great service from the 3 store team!
Came into the store to change my 3 broadband from monthly rolling to contract and also take out a new sim contract. Mark has been fantastic, everything was thoroughly explained to me and the process took no time at all.

Well, I am speechless and blown away by the kind of excellent, professional customer service I received today from Jasmine, Marc, Iain in Three store located at St Stephen Store. The service was top-notch and they deserve a flower. Thank you for rectifying my phone problem and I would recommend three network to my friends anytime any day.
