I visited the Three store in Ilford Exchange to switch my SIM and was assisted by Anil. He was outstanding throughout the process, making everything smooth and comfortable. The customer service was excellent, and I would highly recommend this branch.

Tricked into paying for a second contract I never wanted
Absolutely shocking experience.
At the Three Store East Ham Exchange Mall, staff added a second contract with a phone number when I only asked for a tablet. This was NEVER clearly explained. I ended up paying for two numbers while using only one.
Over 2+ years, I lost around £250–£300 for something I didn’t even use.
After leaving in December (after 11 years with Three!), they STILL charged me. When I called, they said it was for the tablet contract and even tried to make me pay another month just to close it.
Complaint reference: 260305104236866.
This is misleading and feels like a scam. Avoid this store.
