I have just brought a new phone i had no idea how to set it up so I went into Ipswich Suffolk store there were 2 members of staff I was really pleased with the service the gentleman who helped me with my phone was really helpful and took time to listen to me and never rushed me he was kind so was the other member off staff Excellent service and would highly recommend 3 i would like to give them 5* THANK YOU

Couldn't havee asked for any better
Couldn't have asked for any better. Went in to the three store cause i was having issuies with my phone and wanted to see what my next steps would be. Honestly did thibk i would leave with a new phobe. Winnie checked my phobe advised me on my next step then tempted me with a new offer for a new phone. She helped me set up my brand new phone and i left feeling very happy with the service i had gotten fron Winnie. I'm recommending my friend to go in and see winnie she amazing 100/100

Had a great experience at three with Winnie. She helped set up my new phone as well as reduced my monthly fee for me so I'm able to save monthly. I felt welcomed and I had full trust with Winnie and the three team in Ipswich as they are always very helpful when I go there. Welcomed with a smile every time.

Great store visit
Charlie was amazing, he tried his hardest to fix the issue on my phone where the microphone wasn't working, in the end I ended up purchasing a new one as we couldn't get it resolved. But I could tell he was highly skilled at his job and tried his best.
After I bought the new one he transferred all the data from my old one which was immensely helpful. I've been coming to this store for years and every experience I have is amazing!

Quick and easy service
Having issues with my phone cause of a bad app. Three store Ipswich John and Winnie are great fixed my phone and also gave me advice so I don't experience this again

Winfred helped me to get my new phone within 30 minutes after waiting for 3 weeks for a phone that never showed from online. I will now always go to her for anything else I will purchase in the future, thank you.
