Bradley was so helpful, I was having issues with adds on my phone. He cleared them and made my phone run 100% times better

Brilliant customer service
Brad the customer service advisor in store at Kidderminster was brilliant, he was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and professional, many thanks for your assistance greatly appreciated, I can highly recommend this store.

Great service came in sorting my WiFi out and left with replacement sim and a cheaper phone contract so great weekend. Staff were super friendly.

Good experience as I just popped in for information. I was enquiring about a sim deal as my current provider was increasing prices with no further discernible benefit and whom I had been with for many years. I received excellent unbiased information. I purchased a sim, cheaper than my current one with much more data. Very happy.

Arrived at Kidderminster store to…
Arrived at Kidderminster store to upgrade my Sim only contract.I have had contracts previously always with Three.Luke the shop assistant advised a phone and contract tailored to my minimal non technical needs.Did not push for a more expensive contract or phone.He also set it up for me and definitely went the extra mile.The other two male assistants also gave help and advice.They are a credit to Three, but a special big thank you has to go to Luke
