My phone wasn't working and had to visit the shop multiple times, trying multiple different things to work out the cause. In the end advisor helped me sort out a new device and explained it all to me in a way that me and my partner could understand. Can't wait to try this new one out and finally have a working phone.

NoWent to Lancaster store to look at new phones, was served my a lovely lady called Jodie the manager ,she talked me through my options and we found a new phone she helped me get set up. Great to deal with.

I had an email about my upgrade and chose to visit the store to speak to someone face to face, They kindly helped me sort a new phone out and helped an old man get his stuff across,great work

Popped in to enquire anas was brilliant told me about a trade in deal which meant I could upgrade early and pay off my old phone I got more data and a new phone and I can claim a free watch! He sorted it all out and transferred all my data!

Weve bern with 3 for a number of years now and dean usually sorts us out ,he was on a day off but jodie was fantastic,she sorted our phones out and 2 new tablets for the same cost as we was paying. We visited again to transfer our data abd jodie was on hand again to help us! Really pleased and akways receive amazing service from the staff at your lancaster branch.

Came to 3 store as my o2 contract was ending and the signal is poor , they did a coverage check for me and said I’d get signal , they were friendly and helpful, helped me moved my number across. So far so good!

Liam the guy who sorted our phones and internet out was very clued up with setup and great information he told , great !

Had an impromptu visit to the store but ended up upgrading my phone and getting a prepaid Mastercard gift from Samsung to boot. Great stuff!

Dean and Jodie provided perspective altering service during my visit. I was skeptical about three, but their professionalism and candor ensured I felt at ease, especially as a vulnerable person.

Both people in store were incredibly welcoming and very patient and knowledgeable. After having a pressured sales team at Vodafone in lancaster misleading and lying to me the team at Three took their time outline just what I needed.

Went into lancaster store to enquire about using my phone in spain, the manager jodie was really helpful she explaons the costs and added a bundle to my account for me she also sorted my wife with a new phone contract and transfered eveeything over from her old one. Amazing service i will be back when my phone is due.

Hello, we called the Lancaster store the day before today to book in for a new phone and a data transfer done to it for today. They said that was fine and I was made to feel welcome. Today i went and got my new phone and it has all my stuff on it which is wonderful. Staff were polite and friendly and so helpful.

I had a virus on my phone and went to see the lovely handsome man in store called dean who fixed it for me. My phone is now fixed and working again. I will go in to see him again in a couple of months when my contract is due.

I visited store to see Dean as he always helps me for years , he helped me out with new phone and set it up 4 me so that even an idiot could use it , it is now basic phone
Dean is wonderful as always and know more about technology than any one , and I am thankful I have a three store close to home I can go to If I need 2

Liam made me and my husband feel welcome in store we came from Kendal to visit. Store was nice and clean and both him and dean were very helpful and even managed to save us money!

Jodie at the 3 store in Lancaster was amazing. She explained everything and was extremely helpful

They helped me review my contract and make changes as I so desired. I am not native English so they helped me speak to customer services too
