had a new mobile from 3 today, and just want to say a massive, massive, huge 'thank you' to lucy for doing the transfer for me, and all of the other members of staff in store who were also on hand to assist me in making sure that i was 100% happy with everything, and that all my apps were functioning ok for me, great work all of you 👏👏👏 thank you so much for all your help, and for being so patient with me !! 👏👏👏
