Olivia made the experience really easy
Olivia made the experience really easy. I am a support worker supporting an elderly gentleman to set up WiFi and we previously went to the o2 shop as this is who his phone contract was with, the system didn't work and staff were not great when we went back. Coming to 3, we explained everything to Olivia she set the system who and showed the gentleman the way to use it and wrote down the password so it was larger and easier to read when he got home.

Excellent service
Matt was really helpful and made changing my phone and package so easy. Everything was explained in a very straightforward way, checking my understanding. There was no pressure whatsoever, and I'm delighted with the service I received.

Avoid Vodafone Grosvenor
Much better than my experience with Vodafone grosvenor, Staff at 3 the branch were absolutely amazing. Im a long time user of 3 and the merger has caused me so many problems at the Vodafone store! So i highly recommend the staff at the 3 branch! Pete

Great experience in Three today. Olivia made excellent recommendations and could not have been more professional and helpful. She even helped me transfer all my data across to my new phone. Could not recommend highly enough.

New Phone
The staff at Macclesfield were absolutely great. Lots of advice. Friendly and didnt make me feel stupid at the age of 75. They also sorted out a problem and rectified a bill we had being paying for several years.
