Came in with my phone stating no sim available. Rash was really helpful ended up leaving with a great broadband deal and a cheaper contact sim than I already had. Can not thank her enough.

Excellent service
I went in to the Manchester Arndale store after ordering a wifi hub online. I dealt with Nilza who was really helpful, not only did she keep things moving quickly she also got me a better offer than I originally ordered. Excellent service from Nilza

I lost my phone a couple days ago. I came to the shop for help on how the insurance claim works. I spent over an hour with Blessing who helped me through the whole service.
