I was served by Ambar who was incredibly helpful and amazingly nice. All my questions were answered and I would easily come back again knowing I would be in good hands.

Zain was really helpful
I come in as my wife and i had a contract up for renewal zain was really helpful when it came to our options he informed us that my wife had 1 year left on her phone and upgraded her sim contract and with me he explained everything that i needed to know he was very helpful as he took the time to explain setting up the phone to me when he could have been serving other customers zain is a very helpful young man and deserves the praise he gets

Very good service
I came in as i have a portable wifi device and needed a sim card to put in it zain was very good in telling me all the options very helpful as he gave me all the options from pay as you go to contract in the end i went for a contract zain is an asset to the company

The staff were fabulous
The staff were fabulous. I came in with a specific plan and after chatting with Sonum and Ambar left with a much better deal and saved money as well. Really really appreciate their support and professionalism especially as they put our needs first and we're not just focused on a sale. Great staff and great atmosphere on store. Can not thank Sonum and Ambar enough for their patience and really clear way of explaining things. An absolute credit to Three and customer service.

I came in for broadband and i spoke with zain he was very accomadating i have multiple accounts he went througj them all to see if he could get me a better deal on them very goid customer service for him wpuld recommend gping to him
