I was served by Ambar who was incredibly helpful and amazingly nice. All my questions were answered and I would easily come back again knowing I would be in good hands.

Excellent customer service at Three store.
The sales representatives (Sonum and Jay )were extremely patient and determined to sort the technical issue ,that occured with a 3 5G hub that i purchased from the Merry Hill store in the West Midlands.
Customer service at this store was exceptional..more so than previous experiences encountered elsewhere.
Staff here are a credit to 3...I will be certainly returning here as a result of the
exceptional service in future.

Appalling service both in store and…
Appalling service both in store and with customer service via phone.
I brought a vulnerable lady in store who lives in supported living and required a replacement sim. As she didn’t have the a passport or driving licence her account couldn’t be validated. Her mobile had been lost so despite me telling them that she couldn’t receive a text to verify her account they wanted to send her an email. The lady didn’t even realise that she had an email as the account hadn’t been set up by her. We spoke to the Well-being Team who were also useless. During the hour long phone call in store, the manager who was “helping us” disappeared mid conversation and went on her lunch break. A member of staff advised that a complaint could be logged on line and they have to make contact within 72 hours. We have still not heard anything. We were left feeling defeated
The lady still has no SIM and is now paying for a service that she cannot use.
This is an appalling service.

Hello there.
We are sad to hear about the service you both experienced in-store and with our support team. We understand how frustrating it must be that she is still paying for a service she can't use and that her complaint has not been followed up on.
For security purposes, account validation for a replacement SIM often requires specific forms of ID like a passport or driving licence, or a security verification check through email. It sounds like the unique circumstances made this process more difficult than would normally be expected. If none of the verification options have worked, the person you're helping might need to send a request to the support team by letter in order to update the account and get things moving again.
Speaking to the Wellness Team again would be our recommendation. If you can try to assist the person in getting through security again, that would be ideal, if unsuccessful, the agent can advise what needs to be sent and where it needs to be sent to. They can then confirm next steps, and hopefully the person will be back up and running soon.
We assure you that we are committed to improving our service, especially for vulnerable customers. Thank you for taking the time to share this crucial feedback. -Pete

So much better going into the Store…
So much better going into the Store compared to online. Sonum our customer service rep was a lovely lady upbeat and helpful. Got us a good deal and walked away with everything we needed. Even offered us extras we didn't know came with the package.
