Andy and Paul were fab!! Andy went through the whole process and explained everything in detail. The shop was quiet, which was ideal for someone with anxiety and not very tech savvy!! Andy is a star for sitting and transferring everything from old to new phone. Fab customer service.

Fantastic staff
Andy and Brett were absolutely fantastic help when I visited the north shields 3 shop today to purchase a pay and go mobile phone for my nephew.
They were extremely reassuring, informative and professional with all and any queries I had, and set up everything that was needed to set up for me.
My purchase was excellent value for money and the service was fantastic.

An incredible customer experience
An incredible customer service experience from Paul, Brett and Aki. From having to get a new handset after my phone was stolen to getting my business line number back up and running due to complications in the back ground of the business number account.
