Went in the tiny shop, no phones on show, one table occupied. Needed a new phone, but was advised I can't without any ID. Had no idea of this change. Left disappointed.

Excellent Customer Service
I have been in several times to add different things onto my current plan. I have spoken with Sophie and Adil on many occasions and they have always been very helpful and guided me through each step of the process. Both members of staff always take the time to answer any queries that I have and make the experience smooth and stress-free. I am always reassured that if I ever needed any support in the future with any aspect of my plan, then I am able to pop back in and they will be able to help. I can't fault their customer service, thank you!
