Chris in the Oxford store was so helpful. After MANY frustrating phone calls with Three customer service over years, Chris was able to usefully explain my issue and got me the right plan for my needs. I reluctantly let go of my previous plan but with confidence that it was getting me the service I need.

Superb help support and service from the team
Superb help and support from the moment I phoned to waking through the door. I had my phone stolen at Gatwick airport and Zayn and Hassan went way over and above to help me. The service was friendly and helpful and they took a huge amount of care to support me and get me a temporary solution until my SIM could be replaced. Loved the service so much I bought doughnuts and muffins for the team!

Great customer service and very helpful…
Great customer service and very helpful staff explaining what I needed to do. Better deals, offers and faster phone number transfer than EE. Would definitely recommend. Markuss helped me upgrade my Galaxy S10 to Galaxy S25 Ultra and was very clear and helpful with each step.
