Top marks for Laura!
I was served by Laura and explained that I needed a new iPad and possibly a new iPhone. I am of the older generation, so technology doesn’t come easy to me. However, Laura was very helpful and explained all possibilities - particularly with regards to my iPhone - and allowed me the time and space to make my decision.
When she realised that I wear hearing aids she also, very carefully, explained that my records in-store could be marked so that I receive appropriate assistance in future without having to ask for it. She explained all of this in a very nice way.
The whole experience was very good and I did not feel at all rushed.
