We were met by one of the agents at the 3 shop who welcomed as very well. Then directed to another customer agents (Nehal)who served us, who was very helpful, polite, went through with us what we required, gave us options and compared prices,he to took time to explain things which made it easier for us to understand and for us to make a good choice. Left the shop feeling satisfied
