No customer support at all
Was told over by sales over the phone that I could use my apple watch with a new three contract so I transferred over from O2. Phone SIM activated fine but I couldn't pair my watch. Kept getting server errors then it was telling me that my Three service isn't eligible for watch data. I spent HOURS talking to useless customer "service" on the phone and on the live chat being passed from person to person, each one just sent me the same useless link that told me to do the things I'd tried to do a dozen times already. Went to a store for help and bluntly told I had to do it online but she wouldn't help me do that.
After three days of near constant back and forth I have had enough and am leaving. There has been zero customer support from anybody I have dealt with.

She spent time looking for the best options and was extremely patient with while we went back and forth with the phones and price plans. We will definitely look out for her when we return to choose our next new phone!

We were helped by Emilia to replace my sim card and also have a pay as a go sim issued for my partner who doesn’t have an English sim, she was so helpful and gave us many recommendations, and tips about also downloading the three app to use the benefits from there, thankyou very much Emilia for you help 🙏🏻

Strongly recommend!
I came in to discuss changing over service providers as I have recently moved home and have no signal with my old provider. Amber was so helpful and also sorted me out with a broadband package that was cheaper than who I was originally going to go with.
Overall, very satisfied and Amber was so kind and helpful!
