Staff were so lovely and helpful. So much easier going into a store and having that problem sorted straight away

I found the staff to be very helpful…
I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable and took time to explain the offers available and contract. As my original contract was in my wife’s name this had to be changed over which was explained and made easy to convert. The staff member was also a biker, so there was always lots to chat about!

Would highly recommend Sam and Jak
Very good experience with Sam and Jak. Really helpful and friendly to sort out our business phones and data Sims. Would highly recommend. Quick service.

They made a difficult experience more bearable.
I visited Three at Shrewsbury after having my phone stolen. The store was clean and tidy and the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. During a difficult and stressful time Jak and Millie were most helpful and navigated through some problems getting my account validated and restored with patience, knowledge and perseverance. I received invaluable advice and I am now in possession of a new device with my account, apps and all details restored. Thank you all so much.

Very helpful staff
I called into the Three shop in Shrewsbury today, because I have had a problem accessing my email account for over a week. One of the members of staff called Chris was extremely patient and helpful and managed to sort it out for me, so I’m extremely grateful for that.

Received absolutely fantastic service in store from Jak. He not only helped to save me money on my current contract he also helped to sort out the apps on my phone!!! He was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. If everyone gave this level of customer service the world would be a much easier place to navigate!!! Thank you Jak without a C!
