The experience was very good today I was able to save money and get help with how use my phone to scan qr codes as well. Thank you.

From the start of my process in changing phone over Kev the manager and Jack assistant manger have been very helpful. Excellent customer service from both, an asset to MY3. Thank you Kev and Jack.

Jak was really helpful with helping me sort out buying my new phone, talking me through data plans with clear communication. Kev also helped me to make a decision with the plan I wanted to choose! I was also allowed to charge my phone in store which I thought was a lovely gesture from the team at 3!

Sam at Shrewsbury offered me courteous and friendly service, making my trip here a pleasure.

Brilliant service. Jak was very paitent and helped set up my new phone for me and cleared my old phone to pass down to my partner. He gave us a great deal as well for a sim contract so I am very happy with the service given in Shrewsbury.

Came in following an upset in a rival store who I have been with for over 25 years and left happy and smiling after a fantastic interaction with Jak who sorted me out a great deal. I came in for one service and all goes well this week I will move the other half across next week

Me and my partner have come away very relieved and happy after getting two new phones and still paying the same price as before. Thank you to Becki who made everything very smooth and easy for us.

If I could give the manager Kev at Three Mobile Shop in Shrewsbury 100 gold stars I definetly would. He is so kind caring and compassionate and really knows his business.

When I downloaded my partners funeral service to my phone it destroyed all of my files, including those relating to the death of my partner. I was completely devastated and besides myself, so went to see Kev. He sat calmly with me and said yes of course I can fix this for you.
Half an hour later a big smile appeared on his face, he handed me my phone. Everything was back. I was so relieved and full of gratitude I couldn't stop crying. He sat with me until I felt better.
This is the part of my job I love best he said -helping people.
After a million thank yous and a big hug
I was able to leave the shop with a smile on my face again.

The staff Sam and kev were really professional , friendly and knowledgable today. They Could not do enough to help with my requirements and there was plenty of options. I would highly recommend visiting this store and the helpful staff.

Sam and Kev provided professional and friendly advice and practical repairs to my hardware that Sam had asked me to bring in to the shop. On return home everything worked straight away. The excellent service motivated me to get on and complete the installation of the external aerial for broadband and WiFi. This gives me a considerable saving in my monthly bills. Outstanding Service!
