I lost my mobile sim card, Jake is so helpful to replace my SIM card.
Monthly plan contract will expire on Jan 2026, Jake explained the plan details. I liked your service and renew my contract.

I needed to upgrade my contract and visited the Three Mobile store at Touchwood, Solihull. I met Sam there, and she was extremely nice and helpful. She explained everything clearly and patiently, which made the whole process very smooth. I was able to upgrade my contract and left feeling very happy. Excellent customer service.

was looked after soon as I walked threw the door. left with new broadband deal and at a cheaper price .

I have been charge 3 times
I have been charge 3 times, l just noticed today all the money coming from my account, wow this company's is doing this, always playing those tricks, this location has this shady people always making you sign contracts and them its no you had signed, l tried to call but no one answers.

Had a great experience
Had a great experience! Sam one of the staff was absolutely amazing and sorted out my new sim contract and my 5G broadband! Can’t be happier. Would definitely recommend.
