We came in late one evening to initially sort out our son's phone . Antony served us and was amazing . We came back the next day and he moved 4 of our phones over from personal to business lines . The amount of work Antony did for us took a few hours but he did it with great ease and explained everything to us. Antony was so great with us , his customer service , rapport and knowledge was second to none, we are very pleased !

I had the misfortune of being pick pocketed on a recent trip and my phone was stolen. On a recent trip Melrose was very kind to me and helped me get a new device and found not only a good deal for me she managed to get a reduction in my daughter’s package.

I needed an upgrade for my old phone…
I needed an upgrade for my old phone and Melrose explained well the new contract bonus is that now i have roaming included! Over all staff attended my needs well.

Exceptional experience!
I went into the Three store in Southampton, to ask for information on mobile broadband on behalf of my brother. And I was greeted by Carlyle, one of the stores sales advisors. I explained what I was after and he then went through and explained everything very methodically and professionally. And on top of this, he then very kindly wrote everything down for me so that I would not forget anything. I left the store feeling very impressed by his overall attitude, helpfulness and knowledge. Phone contact upgrade
We were out of contract with the phones we have. We were guided to better alternatives, from which we made our choices.
The advisor was very helpful and informative at the Southampton 3 shop.
I would highly recommend using them.

Truly Amazing!!! We came in after trying to swap networks and messing it up .. Carlyle was especially helpful… he took time to understand and worked tirelessly to sort everything out .., we ended up with a fantastic deal which included broadband!!! Great work !!! Amazing service
