The friendly, helpful staff, Viktoria, at the shop are the main reason. I prefer to deal with people rather than online, and have always found your staff to be excellent.

The staff were very helpful (Sinthia/Mike) and explained the different options transparently and honestly. They set up my new phone so I could use immediately and not spend ages struggling at home!
