I had an excellent experience with IGOR…
I had an excellent experience with IGOR who assisted me with purchasing my new phone. He went above and beyond to understand my requirements and took the time to explain the different plans and options available within my budget.
What stood out most was his patience and genuine willingness to help. I ended up visiting him four different times, and on every occasion, he remained professional, approachable, and helpful without ever making me feel like I was being a burden. I truly appreciated the time and initiative he took to make sure I understood my options and was comfortable with my final decision.
His customer service was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for honest, patient, and knowledgeable assistance.
