Experience was professional
Experience was professional yet welcoming and friendly by Kwok. Surprised ar each stage of getting my new phone which I'm very happy with.
What made it better was that the offer to transfer everything across from my old to new phone. This in itself is valuable as I can afford ro lose anything. Amazing.

It's no wonder this store got 5*…
It's no wonder this store got 5* reviews. I called in 2 get broadband contract upgraded. The service was amazing from Kris, the assistant mgr. He sorted out best deal and actually went xtra mile and put sim in router and made sure it was all bang on before I left. My broadband speed at home is 840⬇️ and 84⬆️. The other guy, who was the manager, was really good 2 deal with. This store is an example of best practice.
