Zac is awesome

I went Into the three store as I was…
I went Into the three store as I was having issues with my phone. On first visit I spoke to a chap called Dom. He was completely understanding of my situation as technology is not my speciality. He was a great listener and understood my needs, Dom went through different phones with me explaining them in great detail to make sure I knew what I was getting. I took all away and Dom wrote everything down for me, I decided to return to the following day to go ahead with the deal and was served again by Dom. He was brilliant, he setup my new phone and helped me get rid of my old device too with ease. He was even kind enough to help my dad who is on Tesco with a problem on his phone. Nothing was a hassle and I never felt forced to buy. Great service and patience in this store and will go back. Thank you Torquay

I visited three store in Torquay today
I visited three store in Torquay today, shopping around for a new sim and device plan as my old one with my current provider is almost over, I can say I was greeted by Dann who was very friendly and happy to help with any questions I had, definitely walked away feeling like I was well looked after and I have the knowledge I need to make my decision on what plan best suits me, I will definitely be coming back

Fantastic customer service from Dann…
Fantastic customer service from Dann and the team at the Torquay store. 5G broadband and no fuss, upgraded my phone whilst I was there. Helpful with the technical bits and followed up with great customer service and on line support. Thanks and would recommend! How nice is it to be able to still use the high street store.
