End of contract scam
I have been in touch with three customer service and shops for three months now trying to close down a mobiles broadband contract. Absolutely awful. Each time I’m reassured things will be resolved. Instead I’m now being sent outstanding bills for not having returned my modem. I have tried to return this thing for months! Neither Customer service, nor the shop can seem to help. Beware!
