Nash was helpful during my upgrade
Nash was helpful during my upgrade, she knew her own limits and when to gain some information from a colleague about the newly arrived phone I was asking about.
Bubbly and friendly and a smooth process when at the desk with every stage explained.

I had issues with my phone and…
I had issues with my phone and contracts so I popped into the Trowbridge branch. The staff were extremely helpful and sorted out the issues I had. I then popped back when I got the new and Phill transferred all my stuff to the new phone. Great help and made my life a lot easier!

Brilliant service - Gary and Nash were so helpful
Nash and Gary were absolutely brilliant in helping us today with a new phone contract and in dealing with a complicated old phone contract situation.
