Excellent and personalised customer service
We as customers were very confused about the plans and contracts and how does the sim plans work, however this one staff member “Jasmine” was kind enough to help us step by step and explain the plan. She listened to us and listened what we are looking for and came up with a plan that was budget friendly and works best for us. Happy to be attended by her.

Quick and easy to get what I wanted. The gentleman that helped me, Tim, was efficient and friendly and I was signed up and out of the store within 15 minutes.

Cory was so helpful and carefully broke everything down for me in regards to a sim only contract and a device and sim contract. He was very calm and kind towards me. Super helpful
I bought a phone and was struggling to set it up. I came into the Uxbridge store for help and Tim and Cory were excellent. The quality of service was great, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Great service I visited the store in intu Uxbridge…
I visited the store in intu Uxbridge and was very impressed with the service I received. As a person who has very limited knowledge with mobile the staff at this branch were impressive....from the choosing of the phone to the settings up they went above and beyond
