Want to upgrade my phone but can’t speak to anyone in the UK as all call centres are in India and they don’t speak English very clearly plus what you see on the Website isn’t available for existing customers so it’s double the price

Kind, patient service
Went in today as my dad has been struggling with his phone reception and despite being very busy and waiting a few minutes we were very warmly greeted by Rachel.
She was really kind and patient with my dad , and managed to sort out his phone, working much better, it’s a shame she isn’t at our local store. Great service, thank you Rachel.
