Upgrade experience.
Spent awhile in the store,trying to sort along overdue upgrade,being dealt with professionally by Chantelle, nothing was too much trouble.

10/10 customer service! Can't remember the name of the girl who helped me but she was fab! Went into store as my phone had broke and she was super helpful helping me buy and set up my new samsung S25.
