I came to the Three store in Watford to get a new phone, and Sona treated me really nicely. She explained everything clearly about the phone and the deal, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Excellent customer service from Sona — highly recommended!

Fantastic experience of customer service in the Watford store. TJ helped me to fine a brilliant solution to the lack of WiFi in the holiday house we are renting for Christmas. Had issues with my SIM card when…
Had issues with my SIM card when transferring over to 3. Went in store and spoke to Rahiya who managed to sort it all out for me with no issues. Was very nice and patient and happy to help me with it all.
