Excellent customer service
I went to enquire about Broadband and i received very helpful advice. Everything was explained clearly regarding switching from my existing supplier to setting up the new router.
Rhys was particularly helpful and made everything clear.

Spot on customer service at this store
Spot on customer service at this store. Purchased an Honor 400 pro today and was served by Tas. She was a star, helping phone set up and transfer of files from old phone. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the phone and gave great tips. A model of customer service! Many thanks indeed.

Tasnimah is amazing
Tasnimah was absolutely amazing very quick and efficient and the store manager was also amazing helping keeping our kids entertained will hopefully cross paths with them both again when I next need another phone

Tasnimah helped my elderly mum swap over to a new phone and set it up fully for her. She spent so much time making sure everything was working just how she needed it to be. Highly recommend!

I am a three customer and I have just had the best retail experience from the three store in welwyn. To begin thank you Rhys, Nick and Debbie for being amazing and helpful and so patient. Over the last week I have transfered my kids and my husband to three and upgraded my existing lines. I am a busy person and the guys helped me every step of the way and even stayed behind closing hours. I will let everyone know this is the place to come for the best deals and assistance. All my data was transferred securely to my new device I am so happy and the deals received by Rhys were too good to be missed. GOD BLESS
