Aidan was very helpful in transfering the data to my new phone and selling me a new phone. He spent a lot of time with me.

I had a real big problem
I had a real big problem, I have woken up this morning and my number has been used for scams. I had numerous emails , texts and WhatsApp asking who I am as someone was impersonating me. I went down to my three shop in Welwyn and met Rhys who had the patience of a saint and he knew exactly what to do straight away. He escalated this to the support team and I had to change my number. Rhys then went the extra mile and set up my new WhatsApp number and notified my most important people and now I am happy

Went to Welwyn store today and met Rhys wow he is just so amazing and helpful. I have my family contract plans under my name and Rhys helped me every step of the way to get my children’s numbers assigned to themselves. He even left his number for out of hours support. Please go and see him! Any phone trouble he is your guy

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rhys was incredibly informative and clear through the sale. Amazing service by all the team in Welwyn garden city. Special thanks to Nick and Debbie for helping me set up both Honor pads. Three always provide me with the best service.

Number
I was having trouble with my messaging app and my contacts were receiving from two different numbers which was really confusing. I went in to store today and met debbie and Rhys and they were so amazing and so patient with me they manage to resolve my issue so quickly. I am so happy
