I visited the store last week for an upgrade and today the gentleman named jamal in store was so helpful in helping me to move all my information to new phone. Very knowledgeable and informative. You have a good customer advisor

Xazal was very helpful

I went into Wimbledon store 1387 to get a new iPhone with more storage Space to use for my work. I met a young lady by the name of Xazal.
I explained what I wanted and the reason why I needed a phone with more storage spaces.
She recommended the iPhone 17 pro from what I explained I needed.
I agreed to the upgrade and signed a new contract as it was for work.
They didn’t have the phone in store so they had to deliver to my address. Upon receiving the parcel I was shocked to see 5 other items I didn’t ordered has been added on and the upgraded to a different phone number.
All the while I was in the shop with her filling the form to upgrade the phone, the messages and code she needed was coming to my phone and I had to give her those code to finish the application. So How did she end up using a different number for the upgrade also add five other items to my order.
I was so disappointed & shocked.
It took me time to go in the shop to order one. so many older people need help & putting one in such situations as that is not a good experience.

I called three costumer service and they were so helpful, cancelled the contract processed return and then upgraded the phone to the correct my number.
Thank you to the three staff at costumer service for your help in sorting it out so quickly and getting the new phone to me within 24hrs.

I had lost my phone, Xazal helped me out with my sim card setting new device and showed me everything I needed to know. She was patient with me as im elderly and supported me with everything.

Ceysun was amazing! I am quite clueless when it comes to technology but he made it such an easy experience. He let me ask all the questions I needed to and was super patient with me. Him and Jamal were really friendly and made me feel very welcomed into the store, I would highly recommend:)
