Wood green Three Team
I just want to firstly say Ceaser, Hannah and Hamid Were just warm welcoming people, who kept us feeling helped and were extremely professional with helping us create new accounts and upgrade our contracts.
I’ve been using Three specifically the one in Woodgreen for the past 5 years and each time I’ve had an issue they’ve managed to walk me through it intricately and resolved it perfectly each time.

Today we were served by Beri who was very helpful in assisting my mum with getting a new mobile and sim plan today.
Beri was very professional, patient and clear with the information given to me and my mum.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

I wanted to take a moment to share some really positive feedback about one of your staff members. I recently visited your store regarding issues with my SIM, which hadn’t been working since Sunday. I also needed help updating my address and getting a new contract.
One of your team members, Beri, was absolutely amazing. She was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She resolved my SIM issue, helped update my details, and went above and beyond by sourcing a phone for me that wasn’t available in the Wood Green store but was available in your Holloway store.
Her level of customer service truly stood out, and she made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. She is a real credit to your team.

Ohh Anna was soooo nice, she set up my phone, my tablet, she explained things to me, I was upset because my phone broke, but left three with my phone working and a tablet, she made my day, ohh thank you soo much, the man with her also very nice guy, cesari I think is his name, thank you for helping me sooo sooo much.
