Arrived quickly and well packed. Quality impressive, each pillow in its own cotton bag. So far they remain plump and allow a really good night’s sleep. Very pleased with the purchase. Thank you.

Ordered some pillow protectors - I’ve only ever had polyester quilted ones before and these are such a treat - like thick cotton pillowcases with a zip. Have been very handy with sick children! Also... もっず芋る

Really helpful chat with the Tielle


Really helpful chat with the Tielle team prior to the order. They were really helpful and listened well to my requirements before making their recommendation. I am delighted with my order. The bedlinen is clearly very high quality and will last a long time (which was my main requirement).

My order arrived beautifully packaged

My order arrived beautifully packaged. It is a gift so I haven’t taken it out properly but the embroidery looks lovely and the gown a good weight.

Lightweight and beautiful 😍

I am very happy with the bedspread! It is lightweight which I was looking for for months! I like the colour, it goes with my furniture. It is light, warm, comfortable and soft.
I use it as a summer blanket. What I like the most is that is lightweight as I hate to be pinned down with a heavy blanket or duvet. I turn a lot in bed 😀.

Faultless

The customer service at Tielle was excellent helping to find the exact bed linen we had enjoyed at The Grove Narbeth. Not disappointed 
superb quality. The goose down super king quilt and Savoy pillows are sumptuous.

All good, happy with the spa robe. Just one problem with the amount of time it took to be delivered was too long hence the reason for only 3 stars.

I can see that you had embroidery on your order - we kindly ask our customers to allow up to 10 working days for embroidery to be completed. Unfortunately our courier service were experiencing delays during the time that you placed your order, so we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

Speedy delivery, good communication and the bathrobe I ordered is just as lovely as the previous one I ordered. Good, recyclable packaging too!
