Accurate description of the products. Excellent quality. Fast delivery and well packaged. Have been very pleased with the duvet cover set. The king size fits the duvet well and the sheet and pillowcases are generously sized (not yet washed though). Would recommend.

As a side & back sleeper, my ideal pillow is a generously filled but infinitely squishable pillow to get into the crook of my neck. These pillows are heavenly: supportive but soft, light & squishable, plumping up a treat next morning. Being all natural, good temp. control too. *Highly* recommended.

Effortlessly and delightful bed linen

The only issue is the courier did not ring my flat bell and left unattended in foyer.

Prompt and speedy service, no issues. I bought the duck feather and down duvet, 10.5 tog. This is the same ones used in the Savoy hotel. Fantastic value, light as a feather (as you might expect). I did think that it couldn’t possibly keep me warm but it’s fabulous. Would recommend it.

Exceptional quality bedlinen and excellent service. I ordered the 300 thread count bedlinen and the feel of it is heavenly - I hadn’t realised what a difference high count bedding actually makes to the sleep experience! The quilted linen bed throw i also ordered is a generous size, light and warm, and looks beautiful on the bed. The service too was excellent and I was impressed by the presentation of the items in individual linen bags. Altogether a luxe experience…I will be back!

I ordered four linen placemats, and instead, 2 beautiful towels arrived. I informed Tielle straight away, and they immediately posted my correct order, which arrived in two days. We fell in love with the pillows at the Kirkwall Hotel in Orkney while visiting in May 2024, so I took pics of the labels intending to purchase two upon our return to the US. When I searched the Tielle Love Luxury website, this was the only option that matched my label pics, so we decided to order despite the $143 UK to US shipping charge (plus the cost of the pillows, making them pretty expensive items). We were SO excited when they arrived faster than we expected! However, they felt nothing like our experience of the pillows at the Kirkwall. Much lighter weight, and not nearly as soft or "squishy". And they are "crunchy" when pressed or laid upon. One shouldn't be able to hear a pillow as we rest. Anyway, we gave them a try and my husband said, "Nope." after one night. I thought perhaps they needed "breaking in" so I gave them a full week before I returned to my old pillow. Sadly, there isn't really a way to return these and I can't see paying the shipping costs to do so. A bitter lesson learned, though.
$203.00 for two pillows we cannot use. I gave 2 stars because shipping was pretty prompt. If I had it to do over again, I would ask the Kirkwall Hotel if they would sell us two of their pillows. I have attached the pics I took at the hotel. Very sad about this.

The quality of the bed linen looks amazing. Just wash it like it said and will try it out next week.
