Very efficient service, fast turnaround and hit some tough deadlines, easy to work with and I look forward to working with the firm and Rachael Ash again.

Cristina met us, put us at our ease and took us through the process of making our wills, listening carefully to our circumstances. Hannah then synthesised our wishes into simple and straightforward wills. We were most impressed with all aspects of the service.

As part of Free Wills month I chose TLS solicitors and dealt with their Newquay office. Amelia was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process - and very understanding when my PC Teams connection was not the best!! The whole process was very straightforward and Cristina and Cameron in the London office rounded off a very good experience by arranging the signing and witnessing of my Will. Happy to recommend based on this experience.

Really easy process and nice people to deal with. Billy Barret was great when I signed my documentation and everything happened really efficiently.

I needed to get my will updated - relatively quickly. The team was very efficient on the phone; giving me a date and time for a meeting the following week. Plus, they sent me a questionnaire which helped me think through my wishes as well as help them prepare for the meeting. Cristina - when conducting the meetings and managing the content and amendments - was very professional, engaging and a delight to work with. Thank you.

We initially met Hannah during the free wills offer. She quickly identified our specific needs with regard to a change of tenancy, to protect our property as much as possible, in case of care home fees. We will follow her advice regarding LPAs at a later date. Cameron had greeted us in reception and dealt efficiently with some initial paperwork.
On our subsequent visit to London to sign our Wills, we met the charming paralegals, Billy and Eleanor. They took us through the signing procedure professionally, ensuring everything was clear to us.

Rachael took over the conveyancing of our deceased brothers' property at short notice. She was quick to grasp the situation and the problems, particularly related to Land Registry. She took the time to come out to see us to ensure she had all the right information and kept us informed of progress on a regular basis. Nothing was too much trouble and she was a pleasure to deal with.
