We has our WILLS drawn up by TLS solicitors as a part of the free WILL month and we were given all the info by Hannah regarding WILL, LPA, Tenant in Common etc. Hannah and Cristina were very helpful and very professional. We would recommend TLS to all my firnds and family.

For my Mum (Nola) making a Will was quite difficult and challenging but Cristina made the process incredibly easy to follow and looked after her every step of the way. Cristina’s approach was both caring and professional and at no time did my Mum feel pressured to make any decisions before she was ready.

Having been in Solicitors offices before Nola was daunted at the prospect of going through the process but as soon as she arrived she was made to feel welcome not just by the staff but the whole environment.

I had put off writing a will for ages. But Martin Lewis of MSE came up with some recommended firms. I chose TLS because of the location in Hanover Square but mainly because they are an independent firm and seemed approachable. I met with Cristina who was very easy to work with and who was my first contact. And Brian, of course, a partner who finalised the process with me. I was always kept updated. I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. First time buying my own property, the help I received was amazing. Even to the point when I couldn't deal with things on line that the paperwork was sent to myself by the next day.
