I ordered 4 dresses from this company. Their website states that their items are made in the US, but I don’t think that is the case. It took weeks for the dresses to arrive, and they were all too big. I am consistently a size Medium across many brands. These dresses were very large. When I contacted the company about a return or exchange (there is nothing on the website to facilitate returns, you have to get a return authorization from the company) I was told that exchanges for the exact same items was the only thing allowed, and only if the items were damaged. I persisted, and was offered a $25 refund, and to keep the items (that don’t fit). I persisted more, and was offered $45, and to keep the items. When I pushed further, I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping to Abu Dhabi. I now have 4 dresses I can’t wear, and I’m out over $100. Do NOT buy from Tluse!

The dress I ordered is well made and exactly as shown on the company’s site. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size but their customer service response was prompt and helpful when I contacted them. I know there are many negative comments about Tluse online and can only speak from my own experience, but I am, so far, a satisfied customer

Still waiting to receive my clothes, ordered mid January in time for my vacation at the beginning of March! No response from customer service.

I bought two dresses - one was simply fab and am thrilled beyond measure, the other was not - but your customer service team were great and resolved.

I need to return item because material is like nylon. Very hard to get a hold of anyone.

Dress fit true to size. Material was a good weight so that the dress hung nicely without any clinging.

Buyer Beware - dishonest company. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased 3 dresses from this company for a total of $125. None fit so I wrote them asking how to return. They write back asking if I want another size. I say no, I want to return them. They write asking if I'd like a $20 dollar refund (after I spent $125). I write back saying no, I want to return the dresses for a full refund. They write back asking if I'd like a $40 refund and reminding me that "If I still want to return, you have to know that you need to pay for the return postage." Their website says they're based in South Carolina, the package came from California. Why should return postage be an issue? From what I've read on this site I probably won't get my money back so hope this review saves others the trouble. I did file a complaint with the FTC.

Super cute dress. Wore it to the airport and went straight to a party when I landed. Tons of compliments.

While it took a fairly long time for the dress to be delivered (as compared to “just on time” delivery we have all grown accustomed to), it is beautiful, made in the US, inexpensive, and made of recycled materials. Love it.

The site advertises as a US based company. In my opinion this isn't true. In the first place, the order took forever to arrive. Second, the size is too small, much like clothing made in China and sold through Facebook ads. In the third place, the colors and materials are very different than what is pictured on their website. And finally, when you want to return the merchandise, the offer you a 10% reimbursement and to keep the clothes. In my case, they continued to email me offering more and more money to keep the clothes. I spent $132.00 and the most they offered was $58.00. What kind of client service is this? It's definitely not a real shop in the US or the Western world.

Read reviews, followed measurements, ordered 3 dresses all in Medium. One fit well, the other 2 are too tight across the chest and around the arms. Frustrating that returns are stated to only be accepted for damaged goods, not ill-fitting goods.

Dresses are super cute and fit great! I'm 5'8" and 145lbs and ordered a medium.

The dresses I ordered were really great. Love the quality for the investment! Really, happy, will be ordering again.
