The website is misleading
The website is misleading. First, it lists an address in the USA, but the company is located in Turkey. Second, it lists a quick processing and shipping time, of 7 business days. When the 7 days had passed, I contacted them as I had not yet even received a shipping notice. I got a response that they will look into it. A few more days passed and nothing. I wrote again, asking how soon it would be shipped because I needed it in time to make Halloween costume or cancel the order. . After reading some reviews that others had similar issues and had threatened to report to BBB, then received shipping notice, I was sure it was sketchy.
I sent another email saying that if I didn’t have info or shipping notice by the end of the day I would be reporting. Literally within 35 minutes I had a shipping notification with a tracking number. After that I did receive my order quickly.
I will not be ordering from this company again.
poor customer service
I ordered a 3 color swatch but did not receive a confirmation email. I wrote to customer support but got no response. When the package arrived, it was the wrong item with color selection that did not match the website. I contacted customer support again but received no response. Poor customer service and quality control.
Got only a fraction of what I ordered and paid for
The tulle was very nice, however I order one yard (36”) but received about 12” instead (30% of the amount). I ordered them for samples, so it’s fine but I’m afraid to order more because I’m not sure what I will get. I sent an email to luxetulle over a week ago and have not received a response.
Had to report to FTC in order to get order
10 days. No order. No shipping confirmation. No tracking info. Email and WhatsApp messages unanswered. Phone number on my credit card bill not in service. The address in Delaware is a three bedroom twin house and is used for lots of websites, some with suite numbers (!). I reported to BBB and FTC. Finally I got a shipping confirmation and my order a few days later. I still suspect a scam because a reputable internet seller does not behave this way and the address in DE may not be legit.

I said it once and i'll say it again. Amazing quality! I can't find anyone else who offers more "bang for your buck" as well as friendly customer service, customizable options, and over all, and absolutely wonderful product. 10/10 would recommend

This company is spam. I have not received the item I ordered, and despite reaching out to customer service, I received no response. To make matters worse, the website was shut down after I placed my order, resulting in the theft of my money.

II purchased 10 yards soft tulle, received 7-1/2 yards!
Tulle was rolled into a small ball and arrived creased & badly wrinkled, no amount of steaming would remove!!!
I delayed contacting Luxetulle due to illness.
It took 4 emails for Luxteulle to respond.

Non-delivered tulle, no response
This company did not deliver my fabric. It has been over a month. I sent them an email and asked them to look into it. They said they would and then no response. After sending 4 more messages and trying to call with no response I am contacting PayPal and my credit card company.
I am very disappointed and would not recommend them.

Like one of the previous comments, my order has been stuck in Saddlebrook NJ for a month now. No one reached out to me about any delays and I eventually emailed someone who promised to send out a new order but hasn't provided any new information or timeline to when the fabric will arrive. I'm pretty disappointed because I took a shot on a company that I was hoping to use for a lot of wedding dresses. Oh well. I hope I get what I ordered at some point.
Haven't received order!
I ordered fabric on January 10. I haven't had a shipping update since the label was created on January 16. It's still in Saddlebrook, NJ.
