My experience with TOOBIT was so bad.I created an account and they offered me bonus.I used bonus and make some profit.I cant withdraw my whole profit and my account is frozen now.I also did Advance verfication and connected my phone number.I also emailed them to clarify the situation.i didnt violate any rules and my account freezed with no reason.i dont reccomend to use this crypto exchange

This platform is amazing!!!! They will let you deposit your funds and trade with them and soon as you close the app for a second, like magic, your funds disappear same trades open with same pnl as when closed. Nothing changes other than your money being taken ! Avoid this platform. You will thank me later!

Account restricted right after a profitable run - support only sending templates (ticket #20260909000056)

Had a good trading day, ended up around $5,600 in profit, all manual trades, no bots/scripts, single account. Right after, got hit with an "abnormal trading activities" restriction. Withdrawal is fully blocked.

I've submitted full KYC + video verification. Sent a detailed follow-up asking for:
1. What specific activity was flagged
2. What documents/info they still need from me
3. What steps would resolve it
4. Expected timeline

Got back the exact same template response, just with a link to their general compliance policy page - no actual answers to any of the above.

I had a profitable run on Toobit (~$5,600 in gains from manual trading, no bots or scripts). Right after, my account was restricted for "abnormal trading activities" - no specific trade, order ID, or rule was ever cited.
I submitted full KYC and video verification as requested. Support's response (twice now) has just been a copy-paste template pointing to the general Compliance and Risk Control policy page, with no explanation of what I actually did or what's needed to lift the restriction. My withdrawal is still blocked with no timeline.
Looking at other reviews here, this seems to be a very common pattern: profit -> restriction -> vague "risk control" language -> no real answers. If Toobit support is reading this, I'd appreciate an actual, specific response to ticket #20260909000056 instead of another template.

I also got scammed. I always use SUI to deposit from the chain. One day something internally changed with the deposit. Started depositing as move Call from the same wallet I have always used. They say it was nothing in my control but at the same time. Telling me to pay attention to the settings when I send as if here’s some kind of setting to set.yet still wants to charge me $47 she have it returned. I trusted this place enough to deposit my funds. Then they hold them for ransom. There is currently no way to deposit Sui Onchain without this happening from any Wallet so I know other people are having the same issue so you will lose your SUI if you deposit it from chain right now and they will try to hold it for ransom. I also want to add that this supported token is sitting right in my deposit wallet. Very easily could be credited to my account.

I’m a student, and I had heard good things about Toobit, so I decided to install the platform and give it a try.

As a new user, I received a bonus and started trading. After a lot of effort, research, and analysis, I managed to make a small profit. For me, even a few dollars matter. I live in a country facing severe sanctions and inflation, and I was hoping to use this money to support my education and cover some of my living expenses.

But now Toobit has frozen my account and is preventing me from withdrawing my funds and profits.

I don’t understand why I am being treated this way after using the platform and trading with the bonus they provided.

Please allow me to withdraw my funds.

NEVER USE TOOBIT. they steal your money, belgium and the Netherland are not restricted and yet they say its restricted.. so yes.. my money is gone by now.

I deposited 200 USDT into this platform to use in an "Earn" event for new users. Once the event ended, when I tried to withdraw the amount plus my earnings (the earnings were a paltry 4 USDT and a fraction), they restricted my account and withdrawals due to "unusual trading activity." I literally didn't even open a single trade on the platform, and I was unable to withdraw my money. When I contacted support and explained the situation, they only allowed me to withdraw the initial 200 USDT deposit, not the earnings from the "Earn" event, supposedly because they were earned "without complying with the usage policies." They offered no evidence or plausible justification whatsoever to explain the restriction.

After reading the reports on this page, it's very clear that this is a widespread practice by this exchange towards its users. I strongly recommend not using this exchange. In my case, the issue involves a minuscule sum of money (which makes it even more unpleasant), but the pattern of behavior suggests that, generally, they do this to limit or outright eliminate any profits their users might make.

When this happened, I even completed the KYC procedure and requested a review of the situation, since it's impossible to violate trading policies if I haven't opened a single trade. To this day, I still haven't received any response, and those measly 4 USDT remain frozen.
