Incredible service and super helpful staff. Went out of their way to aid us with our test result; past their shift time. It was very refreshing to see professionals going above and beyond to help us in a very difficult situation. Will without a doubt recommend them to friends and family. No stress and very reassuring. Exceptional service.

Fantastic service, they went above and beyond to help us get our tests done in time to fly.

On the day of our appointment at their Tottenham Court Road clinic, the nurse was 30 min late. When we got there 5 min ahead of our appointment as instructed, we pressed the buzzer and there was no answer. No one called us to inform us that the nurse was late. When we called the clinic, the guy then told us the nurse was late, so no one is there to open the door and let us in. It was raining and we were standing in the rain for half an hour, no knowing if our online appointment was real or bogus. And we have no choice, we have to fly within 48 hrs. When the nurse came, he's nice and tried to be friendly. But after everything was done, we received a call after 90 minutes telling us that the nurse has forgotten to take our passport number. We were on transport, and the person who called us told me to send it via email. After I sent it via email by replying to the appointment confirmation THC sent me, the guy said he has no access to that email account!!!! And asked me to send it to his personal email. I refused, and then he asked me to re-send to info@ THCs email. It was an unprofessional, unpleasant and sloppy experience we had!!! BUT I have to agree - the fact that they charge 25 quid for reservation is a fairer practice from a consumer point of view. And I believe Adolph did try his best to help, but their operation management sucks!

Outstanding 1st class service. Worth every penny. Fast and efficient. Results arrived on time as promised in less than 24 hours ready for my flight to Hong Kong (documents accepted without issues at Heathrow and Hong Kong). Excellent. Helped us get the CV19 testing required within the mandated timeframe for our trip to Cyprus . Very professional and results back in plenty of time. A nice touch is they only ask a deposit with balance at time of test .(most other clinics wanted payment in full on booking) which was useful with the constantly changing CV19 rules! Thank you.

It was so difficult to choose the right clinic for the fit to fly covid test given most of them had mixed reviews online. Thankfully Top Health were great and professional, always answering our queries and going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Chris, Adolphus, and the nurse, Ano, were all very professional. We took the standard package which guarantees results within 48 hours but we received ours in around 30 hours.

Really brilliant service, Adolph who booked us in was very personal and helpful and the lady who administered the test was lovely - unhurried, kind and gentle. Anything to do with covid and/or testing is stressful but this was a gentle and stress free experience, all round. They rang us after we received the results, to make sure we had received - highly personal and professional service. I can't recommend too highly.

As of Oct 1st, UK was put on the high risk list for Hong Kong and required anyone entering to get a test 72 hours before their flight. Top Health Clinic guarantees results within 48 hours and they were right. I got my certificate in 28 hours after taking my sample. The lab they used is recognized by UKAS and accepted by the airline and authorities in Hong Kong. If you're looking to perform such a trip to or back to Hong Kong or other relevant countries requiring a test, look no further. These people stick to their word!

I am impressed by Top Health Clinic. I was able to discuss with them over the phone on the new requirements recently set by Hong Kong Government. I could never get satisfactory answers from other clinics, let alone those with no one to answer the calls. Top Health Clinic is experienced and knowledgeable , and patient. Appointment was on time. The test was speedy and efficient. I got the result, together with all the required documentations, around 26 hours after the test. The nurse who did the test was comforting and assuring too. I would recommend Top Health to all who need to do Covid test for flying to Hong Kong.

I’d fully recommend this clinic for those in need of a fit-to-fly certificate. The gentleman on the phone, Adolph, was super-helpful and with his experience, ensured all the documentation side of things was in order. The test itself was quick and painless. I opted for the Fast-track option and got my results back the next day. It cost a bit extra, but was worth it for the peace of mind and not having to worry about whether I would get them in time for the flight or not. Also, I needed a few details adding to my documentation, like passport number, which they added with no fuss.

Excellent Service! We needed to travel to Cyprus for a family wedding, and therefore needed proof of a negative COVID PCR test. Adolph was very friendly on the phone - we were booked in and had a home nurse visit to do the test. We received the results in less than 48 hours, which meant we could focus on getting ready for our break! Highly recommended.

Top Health Clinic was very helpful. I flew from London to Hong Kong after Oct 1st and UKAS accreditation they gave was accepted by Cathay and the HK Government on re-entry to Hong Kong (even though it wasn't ISO 15189, it just had to be UK accredited). I did the test on Thursday and got the result Friday evening. Even though they said it may take 48 hours.
Recommend this clinic to other travelers going to HK.
