I had been looking at these canvas pictures for a while thinking it would be a great wedding gift for my son. I finally placed an order and once I submitted, I instantly realized I had typed in the incorrect year. I was grateful I actually received an email confirmation immediately after I ordered. The last time I ordered through social media, it did not turn out well at all. I was very hesitant to ever place another order! With this order, there was actually an email to contact in which I explained what the correct date should be and I instantly received an email back from James. He had already changed the date and laid out what my order was. I was thrilled that I received an email so late in the evening and I thanked him very much. He wrote back, said if I ever needed anything else to let him know! James was a breath of fresh air and restored my faith a bit in this crazy world! Iâm am very excited to receive my order! Broken frame, and great customer service.
I received my framed picture in the mail about a week ago, and I loved how it came out. Unfortunately though, throughout the shipping process the frame completely snapped. I was worried the return/replacement process would be a complete headache. I was wrong, 1 email sent with a few photos I was quickly offered a full refund or replacement.
