I used the 'drive thru' service to shred a hard drive and papers. The whole process went like clockwork and I would certainly recommend this company for your shredding needs. I was able to watch the shredding as it happened and was shown the shreddings afterwards for complete peace of mind.

I was impressed from when I placed my order, by the value for money and prompt timekeeping on the day. The work was very efficiently executed - off site after 20 minutes. This was not a huge order, but it was treated as if it was.

The 2 operators who came to the site were terrific! I originally booked for papers to be taken away for shredding off site, but due to some confusion the company sent the lorry to shred on site. There is a small entrance with little room to get the lorry to the garage where the boxes were and at first they were unsure if they could do this. But give them credit, they had a go and got the lorry into the close, and efficiently disposed of all the boxes containing old paper files, and some books and shredded them all on site within an hour or so. And the charge was reasonable. I will dfinitely use Total Shred again,

These guys were brilliant! I had 10-15 boxes to shred, it would have taken me a month to shred in my living room. We booked a date, they came on time, shredded the whole lot in front of me in 5 mins. Great value for money. Good guys!
