I waited 2 months later for my order and then when fitted it catches when closing from day after fitting I have contacted the office and told they would ring me that’s 2 weeks ago still no call from them to arrange fixing. Very disappointed

I put four tenders out to quote for these patio doors, although not the cheapest I decided to go with home improvements. They did let me down on the fitting date which was a pain for me as I ended up having to take two days off instead of one. However the quality of the new patio doors are good and apart from a damaged cover plate which was replaced the same day as they were informed about it. The idea of using this company was to judge there work was for future plans I have mind and would certainly be in with a shout to quote for these.

Really pleased with my new front door, it's well fitted and the team are all friendly to deal with.

Not an experience I would want to have again. Communication was the main issue, at times it was pleasant and at times not so much. There were delays in having the door installed due to internal communication issues within the company and the issue not being communicated to myself, the sales manager I believe done his level best to deliver a great service but was let down by his team which in turn caused the bad service delivered to myself. I was offered redress to mitigate the bad service which did help to some extent, and in the end I got my new front door installed, albeit a bit late than planned, and not fully to spec.

Richard the sales manager was genuinely annoyed that the high level of customer service they would normally deliver fell short on this occasion and did what he could make things right and to him I say thank you.

On the door itself it does look fantastic, definitely a much need improvement on the previous door.

Total Home NI came to my home in Strabane for a week inc Saturdays, worked without breaks and done a fantastic job on windows and guttering, without fault, very unusual in my experience of builders. I made a big mistake in my door spec and they sent someone out, two weeks latter to fix, free of charge.
I have been highly recommending them around friends.
Thanks to all especially the hands on men who were great craic.

Hi, Got some doors and windows installed with total home ni. Everything from ordering to the instalation went nice and smooth. I was a bit worried about the freshly renovated bathroom but the guys are no doubt very professional and highly qualified in this matter. I was chuffed when arriving home and discovered that everything was installed perfectly,and all rubbish cleared. Afterwards we've asked Marcin to order us a clear glass at the front door instead of obscure and to fix two issues ( fine tuning really at the front door) and he could not be more helpful. They've sorted all my issues without changing me a penny extra.
Everything looks nice and high end quality and I highly recommend this company for they're brilliant. Will see how the windows and doors are behaving in time and I'll come back with a review about endurance and reliability of these. At the moment all 100%. If more companies would work like these boys,life would be much easier.

Very very competitive price for windows doors and windowsills. Great knowledgeable,experienced employees from office to installers. Everybody I came across was very helpful.
The installers Jim and son, brilliant workers with professional job, the 2 guys who done window sills also great work.
Overall I would highly recommend this company, only one very small negative, between time ordering and installing, I had to chase up dates, though they said they sent to wrong email.
Would I use this company again absolutely.
