I've had my first volunteering experience thru them, and it was AMAZING! Teaching at a Buddhist monastery has been life-changing for me, and I have Matt to thank for that.
I was feeling a little hesitant at first, but with Matt's engaging way of informing everything to me the way a close friend would, I felt convinced pretty much right away. He also did a great job making sure that I felt like I was in the right hands every step of the way.

Even though I don't live in Australia anymore, I just know I'll definitely book my upcoming trips with Totally Travel again! :)

Totally travel arranged for me to do sea turtle conservation on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. I ended up in a tiny, boat across only community at a scientific research station that collected data used to make decisions on the preservation of sea turtles. That is to say, proper conservation, not just a selfie opportunity with protected animals. It was gritty, it was hard work, it was life changing. And totally travel made it all possible.
