I bought a product from Toys Megastore, called "new 3000 in 1 Super V1 Game For A". A snes cartridge that claimed to contain 3000 supernintendo games.

However, around 2500 of these games were in the japanese language. Only a small amount were in English. Very bad.

Don't buy multi-in-one snes games from Toys Megastore!

Fake knock off Chinese copies being sold through a UK .co.uk website. Bought what I thought was a Jellycat plush, weeks later received something very different! It wasn’t even that cheap!!

I bought who is who and it came without a box, the toy is completely not well done and the package was absolutely damaged, other than the delivery time, I've ordered this toy at the beginning of December and I have waited for a month. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst company I’ve ever ordered anything from. An actual joke. I ordered an item on the 30th and said it would be dispatched within two days it the 8th now and still nothing and there’s no way to contact them to tell them to sort it out. A joke of a company.

Ma commande n’a pas été livrée, le numéro de suivi indiqué était erroné, ils ont répondu une fois à mon mail où je leur demandais où était mon colis et pourquoi le numéro de suivi colissimo était erroné, ils m’ont répondu qu’ils ouvraient une enquête pour localiser le colis et me rembourser si ils ne le retrouvaient pas. Depuis plus de nouvelles, ils ne répondent plus à mes mails, et biensur je n’ai pas été remboursée. 90€ disparus dans les airs. Je déconseille fortement !

I would like to say I have received my item before Christmas and it looks really good.
I was concerned about the delivery, it did seem to take a while and I was concerned I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas.
The tracking system was a bit concerning, I couldn't follow it and had no information to go by, so I didn't think I would recive it.
But I'm really pleased, the quality looks good I think my grandson will really benifit from this toy.

This is a total scam .I ordered from what I thought was a legitimate UK company ,genuine pictures of item .It arrived Direct from China unboxed and looking like a Lab experiment !!!!!
Clearly counterfeit. Once you order you cannot cancel and when you request a return it's not to the UK company....oh no ...you have to return goods direct to China at your own expense !!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!!!

Not worth one star the advert shows a boy playing with large bricks but when arrived they were tiny in a box 2 x 3 inches hopelesd

Ordered before reading the reviews. Didn't realise this was a China based company with 3+ weeks lead time. It wasn't until the order was placed that I saw the actual trade name of the company (Hangzhou Xintong) on the invoice. I read reviews on Trust Pilot and realised this was a shop to avoid, and a potential scam selling knock off merch.
In fairness, I requested a cancellation and refund immediately and received a refund and cancellation confirmation within the hour, but I did feel conned and mislead.
