Received a total fake, don’t waste your time ordering from this site.

Ordered 100 life size foam bricks for my grandson, what turned up could literally fit in the palm of my hand

Bought a game centuries ago,sent an email asking what happened, they reponded many days later and now it says it was delivered. It's terrible! It was not delivered and their service sucks.

Do not order anything from them my order never came tracking info was in Chinese and emails never answered total con save your money DO NOT USE THERE SITE

Don’t order from this place!! Ordered an item, seemed ok to begin with. Then when the dispatch email was sent with the tracking link, the status said it had already been delivered. The date of the so called delivery was 3 days before I ordered the item!! Still not received, nearly 3 weeks overdue.

Just received my order. It is nothing like it’s picture or as described the toy is atrocious I can’t even believe a toy store would sell something like that absolute disgrace.

Never recv'd order - believe this website is a SCAM!!! NEED TO REPORT!

Update on my previous review on Tuesday 26th March,2024. I am convinced this site is suspicious. Below is my history. 5th March l ordered my grandson a birthday present. The money was immediately taken from my bank. 6th March l received confirmation of my order by Luoyang Zuoxuan Trading. Estimated dispatch Friday 8th March. 8th March Fruugo update delivery Friday 15th March courier janio. 11th March Toys Megastore update delivery Friday 15th March. 16th March l opened an Account. I received an email thanking me. Tuesday 26th March l contacted Trust Pilot and placed my review about not receiving my order. The same day Trust Pilot said l had a reply from fruugo.co.uk from Molly L. Molly asked me for my full shipping address which l did straight away. I have heard nothing from her. I sent another message to her on the 30th March. Still no reply. I have tried to track my order it comes up no data.From reading other reviews l am not the only one to have not received their order. I believe the five star reviews are extremely dubious. I am therefore in the process of contacting my bank and l am going to contact Watchdog. I will keep updating you on the situation.

Never received toy I ordered weeks ago! scammers advoid, I have a dissapointed kid now 😔 might aswell just flushed money down toilet, will be reporting to bank for fraud ASAP

Billige Produktfählschungen definitif Finger weg von dieser Platform . Wahre ist gereda so ein Tristpreis von einem Jahrmarkt wert keine 5Chf . Retouniren kann man Vergessen da Wahre aus China was bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich . Defininitif nicht mal 1 stern wert Hände weg dafon

Köpte en leksaksbil från vad jag trodde var ett bolag i UK. Fick istället en kinesisk kopia utan låda.

Ordered early December. Thought was a UK-based company as website ending with .co.uk

Nothing has shown up. No way to contact the company/customer service to cancel order /ask for refund.
I emailed their “info@..” address here on trustpilot but the emails don’t deliver.
Do not order from here !!

Avoid this company, there is no customer service at all, it does not exist. My order placed on the 2nd December, for a toy for my young relatives for Christmas, has still not arrived so I presume it won’t ever turn up now. I can’t speak with anyone and the online ‘customer service’ order tracking system is useless.

Counterfeit Pop Vinyl Figures are being sold by Toys Megastore. Tried to make them aware of it via the online form, no confirmation of submission sent to my email address so responded with direct email for proof that item was to be returned in 14 days. Raised dispute with PayPal who have not had a reply either. Next stop trading standards.

I wasn't sure whether I could trust this store, and unfortunately made the wrong decision by ordering something. I ordered a Warmies plushie and got the wrong item, from China. The retailer is named 'Shenzhenshi Jinlaimei Trading'. Horrible replica with bad quality. There was no communication and the delivery took ages. Do not order here, you have no certainty that the product will arrive and if it does, it might not be the right product.

Do not buy from Toys megastore. My item arrived badly packed, of poor quality and not working. No invoice or returns info in the box. Trying to contact the company was impossible. I've resigned myself to the fact that I've been scammed and wasted my money on a toy my grandson was so looking forward to receiving. What made it worse was to see him tearful when I had to tell him the toy didn't work. The goods are shoddy and there is no after sales service.

Definitiv nicht dort bestellen.
Die Ware wird 1. aus China geliefert sprich min. 3 Wochen Wartezeit.
2. werden die Artikel sehr teuer angeboten. Also Preise wie hier in Deutschland nur mit einer Grottenschlechten Qualität. Die Sachen was geliefert werden sind nichtmal 5 Euro wert.
