Couldn't make a deposit the corporate system was down. Local office has no ability to manually enter transactions.
On day of pickup power outage occurred no fault of business... two hour delay again no ability to conduct business without power.
Trailer is nice handles well.
Lacking door open holders.
Decals all have bubbles under them. I am in process of removing them. The front decal is not even centered to trailer.

Great quality trailers with excellent customer service! I will buy from here again! And if you like a trailer online make sure you reserve it! I did and they had my trailer waiting for me when I arrived!

Robert was great to work with! Knowledgeable, fast and extremely nice. Willing to go the extra mile for us, we walked in with a budget and he was willing to do everything he could to help us stay within this budget. We were in and out quicker than expected and took home a brand new 20ft cargo trailer. We will definitely recommend these guys.

Trailers Plus came to my rescue when I unexpectedly had a trailer parts failure driving from Arizona to San Francisco! Without them I would have been stuck for the night in Redlands, but they were my knight in shining armor. Totally professional, easy location to get to, and they fixed my problem for me and mm back in the road in no time, and after hours too. I was not expecting to find someone willing to go out of their way for me, what an amazing experience, Thank you thank you Tony the store manager - you saved me and I don’t know what I would have done without you. Here is my review of the service during the purchase of my trailer.
1) Jessy Horeath- I was told that my sales staff's name was Aaron. However, it was someone else. I'm unsure what happened to Aaron. Jessy opens the gate and stood next to my driver's side. As soon as I role down on my window, he yelled at top of his lungs-"Do you agree that you'll not sue me just in case of coronavirus?" At first, I couldn't understand his question because I was so shocked by his yelling. I told him not to yell, and I told him I can hear him just fine. Jessy replied, "I yell like this all the time. This mask makes me yell." I wanted to cancel the app and go home, but I didn't because I needed a trailer. After I signed the paper, he went back to his office for some reason and did not come back for a long time. As I tried to decide whether I should turn around, he came back out again. He did okay on explaining things about the trailer but did poorly on answering my questions. He also yelled at me when I went inside of the trailer ( I only followed exactly what he did.) to see any cracks at the front corner. I'm unsure why he was so disrespectful, unwelcoming, and abrasive towards me. It made me wonder- is it because I'm an Asian? Is he expressing coronavirus- related stress at me believing I'm partly responsible? Is he just having a bad day? I want to tell Jessy. I'm a tax-paying U.S citizen. I have been working as a registered nurse for 17 years in the U.S. The world is changing...regardless, you should never bring personal baggage to work.
2) JR Boyd- Professional. I have no complaints about him, only compliments. He listened to my concerns, and made an effort to accommodate my needs- i.e JR drilled one of the metal holes to fit the locks better, and etc.

Service was excellent, people were great, don't quite understand the way you have to reserve and make an appointment to come in but I guess due to COVID that's what you have to do nowadays but we were lucky and somebody didn't show up for their appointment and we walked out of there with a trailer that we needed and they met all of our expectations and went over and above of what we needed and it was a pleasure working with everybody there. We're recommending them to anybody and everybody we know who needs a trailer.

Trailersplus had exactly what i needed at a good price. The sales reps that helped me both on the phone and in person were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain the different features of the trailer to make sure I got the one that fit my needs best.

The guys were very helpful and right on time. The mgr runs a tight ship, I owned RV Sales 101 which was right around the corner from you all, and I was a Pace Dlr. I am very happy with the trailer and would recommend the Dlr y TY I my friends

The maner in which you make appointments is not very efficient. Also it is very inconvenient not to be able to talk directly with anyone in the store.
