The Airline canceled my flight and so far I have not been rebooked nor have I had any further correspondence regarding a new flight. My son and I are stranded in the UK with no way of getting home. My connection flight within South Africa is still showing on their system which is useless to me if I cannot get from London to South Africa. VIRGIN ATLANTIC just simply say they cannot help as I booked through Travel Genio. TRAVEL GENIO does not reply to emails nor do the phone lines work. How is one meant to get home? I have emailed the TRAVEL GENIO customer service email SEVERAL times with no luck. Actually disgusted in service from BOTH Virgin Atlantic and Travel Genio. TRAVEL GENIO has left us stranded and has my money so I cannot rebook flights with anyone else. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM MAKING BOOKINGS WITH AIRLINES

I had a flight booked in August, it got cancelled a few days later, easyjet processed the refund, but travel2be/travelgenio have no recollection of any of my details, and gave me an email address that didnt even work, easyjet have sent you my money, so i need this sending on to me, its very overdue.

My flight was cancelled, they tried to get me to accept an alternative which I could not.

9 months later they've paid a partial refund without any further comms, presumably hoping I won't query where the other half of what they owed me has gone.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVELGENIO!!! We booked flights via Travelgenio for British Airways flight to LA. However, due to COVID-19, BA were offering refunds for flights. We could not get a refund from BA as we booked through Travelgenio. Travelgenio have absolutely non-existent customer service and although we were sent a notification on the MyTrips section of their website saying our refund was in process, this was 5 months ago and we have not heard from them. BA are refusing to help and our insurance company also cannot help. The phone number given costs a fortune and no one ever answers! They also do not answer emails. Terrible service - please do not use them, they should be shut down!!

I purchased 2 ticked for my parents in two separate transactions. 1st ticket for £700 and they overcharged £33 on that ticket. 2nd ticket for £553 and they charged £28 extra on that. I don't understand why they have charged more than what they suppose to. I have contacted many times on the customer.service email. But it seems like you have some automated system in place and I am keep getting the same reply which doesn't make any sense. In total I have lost £61 and wasted lot of my time so I won't ever buy ticket from this company no matter how cheaper they are from others.
I don't recommend anyone to use this company and as you can see form their current rating of 2 that how bad the customer service and overall experience of other customers.

Zero stars should be awarded. They are refusing to give a refund for tickets bought for Emirates through Travelgenio. Neither of these two companies is budging each saying it's the responsibility of the other to issue the refund. Was due to fly in March and must have made nearly 100 calls to both of these companies but still no refund or resolution. Absolutely disgusting. Their advise was to get a lawyer! Fuming!

I booked an Air Seychelles flight for 22/03/2020 [Johannesburg to Mumbai] through Travelgenio, which was cancelled by the airline.
The airline called me and asked if I would like to take the flight on 21/03/2020 or would like a full refund, to which I said I need a refund because I had already booked a ticket for 20/03/2020.
To my surprise, Travelgenio does not want to refund because according to them the airline rules do not allow a refund when I tried to contact the airline their reply was that they had no object to refund.

Now Travelgenio does not want a refund, why?

It's December now and while I tried every way to get a refund from this scam organization, I never ever had any reply. I have no other option to deal with Corsica Airlines which was very quick to respond and help. Unfortunately, as the booking was made through Travelgenio, I can't get any refund but just the option to rebook my flight. This is the best I can do. Unfortunately, that's not it. While I booked a return and received the e-ticket from them (they charged for a return) Corsica Airlines can't find my return booking. PLEASE DON'T BOOK THROUGH THEM. I booked twice through them and every time it went wrong. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE. All the responses are bots.

Non-professional agency. This is since April. I am not sure if your company is working like a turtle. All airlines and agencies have already returned refund money to us, with exception of you. Very bad service. We will not use again.

How disgusting are you !!! Swiss air have informed me they refunded my flights direct to you in September and you didn’t even let me know or give me my money back !!! Your heartless horrible human beings

Not able to fly due to COVID UK Travel restrictions on 16th November and dispute a number of request for a travel voucher I still do not have one issued to me.

I have incurred over £40 in telephone charges just to get someone to acknowledge that the agency should be requesting the voucher with the airline on my behalf as correctly advised by British Airways.

Dispute a number of emails (I refuse to call again to speak to incompetent people at my cost) I have no response despite a promise of getting a response.

Terrible. My flights were cancelled and every time I email I have to wait weeks for a response - they have my money and apparently no intention of returning it.

Tried calling repeatedly, no answer. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

100% a scam website. Do not use.

If you want to lose your money go with these scammers. Still waiting for a refund since June. I will continue putting this on Trust Pilot every day until you pay. No contact or the same auto email. Enter your booking code same auto email. Cant get through on phone. Really bad company. Give them your money at your risk and it is very risky.

Never ever book with this company. Plain and simple.

I booked a flight which was cancelled by the airline back in April 2020. Travelgenio have been a nightmare to deal with, and have been "processing" the refund since August. It has now been almost 9 months since my flight was cancelled, and Travelgenio cannot explain why I still have not received my refund, nor show me that they have even begun the refund process with the airline. Abysmal customer service and an absolute scam of a company. Never use them!

Is this a real scam?they are owned by travelgenio Sl .their agency licence is CICMA 2333,they operate from Madrid.
I am now seeking legal remedies since July I bought a business class ticket from Iran to Toronto for about $3500 ,through Turkish airline which they emailed me that there is no flight operations due to COVID and I have to cancel for refund or credit.
Till now no refund no reply a total shame for spain!
If anyone comes across remedies how to enforce these company to refund Please share.

NO COMPREN TICKETS POR TRAVELGENIO. Haces la compra, te dicen que el ticket esta abierto por el COVID, pedí el cambio de fecha, me hicieron pagar una penalidad y NUNCA recibí el ticket nuevo. Mi viaje era hoy y me estan pidiendo hacer el checkin, es decir que el cambio nunca fue hecho y VOY A PERDER MI TICKET por la negligencia de esta empresa POCO SERIA que no contestan los correos ni atienden los teléfonos. VOY A TOMAR ACCION LEGAL CONTRA ESTA EMPRESA

Travelgenio is a total scam. How can I give a "zero" star? After 5 months of delaying my refund now they claim I never had a reservation at all. The robo-responses they send show no one there spends the time to even read my emails. If there is any response to this review I expect it to be the same form letter I have gotten multiple times before. I have flown hundreds of thousands of miles and the one time I tried Travelgenio is without a doubt by far the worst experience I have ever had.
