[Ticket #4126991] Booking n. XCUNNZ-17381442-its a year now and no refund yet on my booking,they send email that they are looking and then no information.Its a fraud company-never bother to book from them.
please contact me or provide me with contact details of your company.
its 850£ that the company has taken and not refunded for a year now,imagine the amount of money from all people they have looted and not returned,some legal action needs to be taken

It’s exactly one year today since I booked my flight that was then cancelled. They keep giving unsatisfactory replies and never issue a refund. Give me my £180 back !!!!

I have booked a one way flight for my daughter from Berlin via Moscow to New York on 29 June 2020 for 18 September 2020. They cancelled it at the end of August due to Covid. I immediately contacted Aeroflot who operated these flights and Travelgenio. I asked Travelgenio for a refund and I am still waiting for them to response. They still owe my husband £352.11 as he was the payer. This is outrageous. I will never use Travelgenio to book the flights. You cannot speak to any of the customer service people. This is irresponsible and frustrating.

Flight from Winnipeg to Whitehorse and back booked for 6 people (flight date May 2020). Flight not possible due to Covid 19. Rebooking / cancellation not possible despite travel cancellation insurance.
Flights are no longer available on travelgenio. Message: There are no bookings at this e-mail address.
Westjet as the flight operating line allows Westjet vouchers for 24 months.
Nobody cares at Travelgenio. No service available, no reaction.

I booked a flight from Manchester, UK to Stockholm, Sweden for the 28/12/2020 as well as the return flight for 03/01/2021. The flight was cancelled due to Covid. I have not been able to reach them via phone, their UK line doesn't connect, and I spent 15mins on hold to their Spanish line which disconnected before I could speak to anyone.
After extensive digging on their site I was able to request a refund on 27/12/2020, and received an automated confirmation email that this had been requested. I have heard absolutely nothing since, and am still significantly out of pocket.

I have made a complaint through Resolver, which seem to be a handling agency for Travelgenio's complaints - however this is unmanned. I have sent them all correspondence/evidence I have on the matter, and keep getting automated messages saying the booking can't be found (despite the fact that I can see it on the Travelgenio website).

No regard for the customer at all. I will be raising this further if I am not contacted promptly & provided with the full refund accordingly.

Booked a flight from nepal to Manchester for March 2020. The etihad flight was cancelled 3 days later. Still waiting for my refund despite many ignored emails. They finally messaged me saying the airline have authorised a partial refund. In fact, I rang etihad , and they had sent a full refund to travelgenio in september 2020. This still has not been transferred to me , so where is my money ?

worse company to book a flight through. due to the COVID regulations we had to change a booking. we asked virigin and the changes was suppose to be free but the company refused to change the ticket for free and wanted an extra £180, the customer service was so bad, the lady who said her name is Tatiana was shouting on the phone when I requested to speak to a manger or supervisor.
my advice is stay well clear!
Edit: here we go with the generic reply from the company! We already emailed you and still got the same reply. I honestly think this company needs to be investigated for fraud!

I made flight booking from Jeddah to cotabato. My booking code is 18517850. Yet, i received an update stating that my flight final end city and date were changed and different.
This is not fare and i need to get back my money back

Booked a flight with them for the 16th January....confirmation comes through saying 23rd January! Phoned them to cancel and re-book and have been charged for both flights! British Airways have said it’s up to Travel2Be/Travelgenio to refund as I’m within the 48 hour cooling off period! Would never use either of them again and I advise everyone to avoid like the plague. Operators less than helpful

Waiting 8 months for refund without any response !!
Very bad situation with this company !!! I have been waiting for a refund since March for two tickets with Turkish flights. In July 2020, travegeio sent me email with this mention (Once the airline authorises the indirect refund, we can issue the refund...).. so, I have waited 5 months, for the refund. Yesterday, I called Turkish airlines about this case .. they told me that « my tickets are completely refundable and there is no need for autorisation »..

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been waiting for a refund since April for our Emirates flights. The airline have confirmed that it should take 5-7 days. Emirates cannot provide a direct refund and Travel2be/TravelGenio are doing nothing, not replying to emails and refusing to cooperate. Awful.

Refund for flight still awaited from April. Can't get any response from emails sent and Binter will not refund us as booked through Travelgenio! This company should be closed down

Never book with them. Im currently stuck in the UK AS my flights have been canceled and I can not get hold of them for a date change as the airlines cant do it directly through me. @travelgenio refuse to contact me in person. They give the same computer mail with no response even though they apparently handed my number to one of their operators. They do no contact whats so ever. Never trust this scam website again

The worst ever. Travelgenio is a non trusted agency. I booked a flight with them and messed up all my flight iterinary and schedules. They never answer call never answer emails and never never update you. I wish not to booked with them. The worst customer service. So please before you book with them. Read all the experiences other people had with them. Our flight is on jan 19 2021. Air canada change it to jan18 2021 but Philippine airlines stayed our flight to jan 19, 2021. Travelgenio never never hel us until now that the flight is so close. So i cancelled our booking but never never give us a reimbursement or refund. Travelgenio is the worst very close to scam.

I bought tickets to and from Rsa. The flights were cancelled by the airline and I notified Travelgenio to give me a refund. They don't even give a reply besides sending the same computer generated excuse. One year has now gone by no refund. This company is a bunch of thieves

My flight was cancelled by the airline in December 2019, I called Travelgenio to refund me and they said it would take up to 4 months to process the refund.

It has now been OVER A YEAR and still no refund. Absolutely diabolical. Do not purchase from this website.

This company is fraud, I have calling this company from last 6 days and every time I call they speak in Spanish or Portuguese and say in Spanish, call 30 min after to speak in English. And the looking at review I this they are scam. Kindly refund our money. Where I could book my ticket. They shouldn’t be allowed sell airline ticket where they can’t afford to put English operator. Disgusting.

I am currently pregnant and my mom is due to travel but on a wrong date chosen by them I have contacted the customer sevice through emails multiple times through email no response they don't have a customer service number to reach out to no help no response looks like a scam. I am in a panic situation not sure how to handle this.
